I have never seen so many beautiful, elderly people who frequent a well-known California, full-serve, restaurant called: Marie Callenders. These elderly food lovers come in couples and large groups on a weekly basis.
Dine and unwind. Savor the flavor.
That has been my observation; particularly at the location in Victorville, California. I happened to be there on a Friday and conversed with an employee about the seemingly, wonderful customer connection coexistent between the franchise and specifically the senior citizen community. I learned that they do offer senior discounts which are not unheard of as there are other food establishments that make similar offers in their dining menu. But I began to see and feel the attraction. The food is easy on the eyes and pleasing to the taste buds upon sight. The room temperature is comfortable for all patrons, regardless of the seasonal weather outdoors. You are greeted with warmth and a glad -to -see- you type of decor. It is organic and inviting. Patrons and or dinner guests feel welcomed.
Hence, as a patron and observer, I have come to learn that Marie Callenders is family-oriented. The relationship between Marie Callenders and elderly patrons is an impenetrable force further reinforced by good food and the family atmosphere.
Upon entry into the establishment, handicapped, preferential parking is situated directly adjacent to the main entrance, which provides easy access without a long walk. The front real estate to the establishment has served as the backdrop for families to take photos as part of their dining experience, for any and all celebratory events. Formal proms, wedding receptions, game-night with a team solid victory, and a litany of other pastimes.
The menu offers a delicacy of delicious and nutritious dishes for different categories and is a telltale indicator of what good food and good company resemble. Marie Calenders holds the crown. They are truly keeping it down.
Therefore, as a middle-aged adult not yet in my later years, I look forward to many years of future dining in this place that makes for a great conversational atmosphere coupled with excellent cuisine.
