I am an investor that assists homeowners with selling their home. I flip properties. But, before I do those things, I would like to share these things: I am a wife, and mother of three, with a Bachelor of arts in political science and a Masters of science of education in community counseling and psychology. Counseling people, from children to adults has been a part of my life's work. Now I have redirected that very skill of counseling towards communities of distressed homeowners, while assisting with the sale transaction of their property, to a cash buyer. It is very emotional to endure the loss or leaving of a home. Yet, it is also a sigh of relief when the process is complete and the seller is able to move on in their lives with some cash in their hands.
