The Lease Can Produce Financial Increase

This is a program we have in place in which people who have received a Notice Of Default now have an option to lease their home to us. They have to vacate the property or be in the process of vacating their home.  More often than not, the homeowner has a separate, primary address, in which they already live, and then they have the other residential property, in which they do not reside, but they still receive tax notices and other bills.  This categorizes them as an Absentee Homeowner, who may be living in or out of state, and the property was Willed to them in a Probate Matter, when their parents passed away. Or they may have left the house because they lost a spouse.  Divorce, loss of employment, Notice Of Default, relocating, retirement ( I refer to that as "R & R") or some other unexpected situation may have occurred.
