Well that is often easier said than done. For numbers of people; probably ninety percent of Americans often find themselves in a financial, downward spiral, due to unexpected emergencies. It appears that the minute you get your head above water and are able to float, there is always this impetus that pulls you right back down. It is entirely frustrating for many and takes the fun out of life. The principle of saving in essence sounds good, can be done and pays off in the long run, for those who have the financial means to do so. But, that is not the case for all.
