In a time when we have seen an increase in mass shootings, various organizations protesting for various human causes, it can come across as extremely overwhelming. When fighting to remain in your home, that is a whole other level of stress, and the daily rigors that accompany it; such as the phone calls, post card advertisements and letters that bombard your mailbox.

I say remember to breathe, meditate during the course of the day, gather your thoughts and focus on the finish line.

Do not be afraid to reach out to someone for help. There is no shame in your game. Staying silent keeps your situation the same.

Just think about it........and then follow your thoughts. Remember life is still sweet.
